1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.dinkareternalfoundation.org, making a donation, applying as a volunteer, or interacting with Dinkar Eternal Foundation in any manner, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage with us.

2. About Us

Dinkar Eternal Foundation is a non-profit Section 8 Company (CIN: U88900BR2026NPL085312), registered under the Companies Act, 2013.

We are provisionally registered under Section 12A (Unique Registration Number: AAMCD7495BE20261) and approved under Section 80G (Unique Registration Number: AAMCD7495BF20261) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, valid from Tax Year 2026-27 to 2028-29.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make donations or submit volunteer/contact forms.

4. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • You shall not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content.

5. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary contributions to support our charitable activities.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable. In case of technical error or duplicate payment, you may request a refund within 7 days.
  • Eligible donors will receive an 80G tax exemption receipt after providing correct details (Name, Address, and PAN where required).

6. Code of Conduct for Volunteers and Team Members

Important Notice

All volunteers, team members, staff, and associates of Dinkar Eternal Foundation must maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and respect.

By joining as a volunteer or team member, you agree that you shall:

  • Always remain trustworthy and act with complete honesty towards the Foundation, beneficiaries, donors, fellow volunteers, and the public.
  • Never hurt, harass, insult, or cause any physical, mental, or emotional harm to anyone.
  • Never tell lies, cheat, misrepresent facts, or engage in any form of fraud or dishonesty.
  • Never speak, write, or spread any negative words, comments, rumours, or statements that can damage the reputation of any person, the Foundation, or its work.
  • Never take any action that creates a negative impact on the Foundation, its beneficiaries, or any individual associated with it.

Consequences of Violation:

Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from Dinkar Eternal Foundation. The decision of the Foundation management shall be final and binding. No further association with the Foundation will be allowed after permanent removal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to Dinkar Eternal Foundation and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or any donation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saharsa, Bihar.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the revised Terms.
